You send financial documents or data through email to NumeriX Global's official business mailbox (Microsoft 365 Outlook). All business emails are hosted on Microsoft 365, protected by TLS encryption, and attachments are automatically scanned for malware before being received.

Once received, your attachments are saved to a secure OneDrive (Microsoft 365) folder, remaining protected within Microsoft's encrypted cloud environment. No data is stored on local computers.

Access is restricted to assigned bookkeepers and managers only, controlled through role-based permissions and multi-factor authentication (MFA). Access logs are monitored regularly for compliance.

Authorized staff process the financial data within QuickBooks or Xero. Both platforms are GDPR-compliant and ISO 27001-certified, ensuring no files are exported outside the secured system.

Processed outputs (financial statements, reconciliations, reports) are reviewed internally. Drafts are saved in the same secure Microsoft 365 workspace, with internal review ensuring accuracy before delivery.

Final reports are shared securely through encrypted email or password-protected OneDrive links. Access is limited to the intended recipient, and email links expire automatically after a defined period for added security.

All emails, attachments, and reports are automatically backed up through Microsoft 365's retention policies. This prevents data loss or accidental deletion, and data is retained only for the agreed legal and business period.
